We’ll also explore techniques for finding if a common law marriage may have existed for some of our ancestors and how our ancestors may have needed to prove that it existed. \n  \nThere will also be a review of birth\, marriage and death records in general and when states and cities started to require them to be recorded. \n  \n\n \n \n \n\n  \nAbout our Speaker:  Allan Huss is the current President of JGSPBC.  He is also an attorney actively licensed to practice in Florida and Michigan but retired from practice.  He is IAJGS Liaison to other JGS’s and has given many genealogical lectures.  He is a father of four and grandfather of six. \n 								\n				\n					\n				\n				\n				\n					Meeting Registration
