Welcome to our 2025 Lunch and Learn. This half day program features renowned genealogists Michael Waas and Caitlin Hollander, hailing from the Kalikow Center at the Museum of Jewish History in New York, NY. Michael, a historian specializing in Sephardic Jewry, will present on the topic of “From al-Andalus to Zakynthos: Sephardic Genealogy, History, and Mythbusting.”
Complementing Michael’s presentation, Caitlin Hollander will delve into Eastern European genealogy, sharing her insights and stories on the subject. Caitlin, who graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her presentation
