Speaker / Program:

In this presentation, Dick will discuss how to use traditional research and materials along with Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Gemini and embedded AI in genealogy apps) to explore one Shtetl and its rebirth in America. We tell the story of the people, their lives, their transitions and their settlement.  So, discover how traditional research—combined with modern AI tools—can help transform records into a living family story.

What you’ll learn:
• Life in the shtetl
• Why families emigrated
• How communities were rebuilt in America
• Using documents and AI to bring stories to life
